  BEWARE: Back in March '17 my wife and I were misled (misled is kind, lied to is more accurate) by this store with their 17Q1APL TRADE-IN OFFER in conjunction with Carrier Freedom. They got us to leave AT&T and come to T-Mobile. They have not lived up to their verbal promises and contract. We were promised numerous times a set price for our monthly bill and it is $70 more every month. This is CORPORATE FRAUD, and we are not giving up until this is resolved. Missouri Atty.   Don't know much about what they doing, I traded in my iPhone From AT&T and No credit for it was applied they lost it and I'm just going back and Forth. Plus Seem to have a Issue with Race The Low Life Store Manager' went day after Thanksgiving and had everyone on a list that came in he never appliede me to it I went to to tell them and he got nasty with me thank God the Guy who works under his said Yes He been here. This Location is IN NEED OF A GOOD SERVICER AND ONES WHO DONT TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN TREAT YOU LIKE YOU OWE THEM SOMETHING SMH.
