  At 1pm we bought a phone which was defective. At 5pm we exchanged it for a same model. After 15 minutes, the guy working there got the WiFi to work. When we went home the phone would not stay connected to the WiFi. My wife returned to the store the next morning and decided to try a different phone, hoping that would work. (It does!) But she was charged a $45 restocking fee, even though the phone (less than 24 hours old) was defective. Mason G said to call 611 and they would credit the account, and that it is no big deal. I called and was told that is a store issue and they don't do anything with restocking fees. They also said Mason G should not have directed me to 611 for that, and that the charge should never have been made since the phone didn't work. 611 said the store manager has discretion, but the store manager KayLin refuses to do anything to make this customer happy. The store keeps saying it is policy and they don't want to get in trouble. I told them I have filed a complaint to the level above and according to 611 they did break a rule telling a customer to call 611 for this reason and that they should get in trouble. This store does not even deserve 1 star.

  Went to the AT&T Store in Kirkwood buying 3 Morphy charging cases. I literately asked the Ken does the I phone 7s work for the the 6S for charging cases and he said yes. I asked him again just make sure cases fit and he said yes. So I took his word for it and found out the cases do not fit on the I phone 6S. It make wonder if they know what are talking about when they are talking phones to customers?? I am really disappointed how they handle the situation Att store in kirkwood.
